If your order hasn't been despatched yet, we may be able to cancel it for you. You can then reorder to the correct address.
If you've received a despatch email, or the latest tracking shows the parcel is on its way, it's too late for us to cancel the order. You still have other options though -
- If the correct delivery address is in the same postcode area, we may be able to redirect it.
- Otherwise, we'll get in touch with the carrier to attempt to stop the delivery.
Using the Evri app, you may also be able to redirect your order to a nearby Parcelshop. Just select 'Google Play store' or ''App store' to download the app.
